Jonathan Coppi

Jon has over ten years of management consulting experience, leading projects with both Large Cap and Middle Market clients. Prior to joining CFO Solutions, Jon has held leadership positions within Arthur Andersen LLP, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and American Express Consulting.

Jon’s professional experience includes organizational and business process analysis / re-engineering, finance application optimization, application implementation / design, process control assessments, financial planning & analysis assessments / implementations, business performance management implementations, finance application selections, and overall finance and technology roadmap development. Jon has significant experience working in large multi division global organizations.

Jon holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley College.

Jon’s relevant experience includes:
  • Implemented multi divisional budgeting and reporting solutions within several major healthcare organizations throughout the Northeast. These projects included multiple disciplines including salary modeling, revenue / expense modeling, contract negotiation and settlement amongst divisions. Overall, these implementations impacted over 1,000 end users.
  • Manage CPM tool implementation for Fortune 500 global manufacturer. Project included over 1,200 end users, planning process re-engineering, global training plan, development of financial reports, PMO management. Project was managed using Six-Sigma methodology
  • Managed large scale multi-national CPM tool implementation for over 400 end users. Project included process re-engineering, best practice implementation, application design and data warehousing strategy
  • Managed & performed CPM implementation for leading multi-national professional services organization for budgeting and forecasting management. Project included FP&A policy review, deployment methodology, application development, and general process review.
  • Managed assessment and redesign of finance/back office processes for a variety of organizations across multiple industries.
  • Multi-phased technology and best practice implementation for over twenty subsidiaries of multi national organization. Projects included financial process development and training including, G/L, A/R, Budgeting & Forecasting, O/E, Billing, A/P. Project leveraged shared service center concepts as well as Best Practices.
