CFO Solutions LLC is a professional services organization focused on providing consulting services aimed at improving our clients’ ability to collect, manage and report information. We provide process design, implementation and support services that enhance the information reporting and performance management of our customers operations. Founded by a team of consultants from various backgrounds in the technology and finance industries, we recognized the limitations which accompany traditional consulting services. Many consulting firms focus on providing consultants with strong technical skills but minimal business knowledge. This approach inevitably ends up with misunderstandings of the complete business requirements and requires rework and additional costs to achieve the desired result. Our consulting teams incorporate individuals with functional knowledge from having worked as accounting and finance professionals and as well as technical experts who understand the system requirements and design issues for meeting clients system needs. Because of our team structure and engagement methodology, we are able to work closely with our clients to ensure we fully understand their needs before designing and implementing a solution. Position Summary Our growing Hyperion Practice is seeking talented, experienced Hyperion Consultants and Senior Consultants who are self-motivated and passionate about Hyperion Solutions. These positions will be client-facing implementation projects that will include requirements gathering, system design, development and testing of budgeting and forecasting, consolidation, and reporting & analysis BI applications.Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong core consulting skills with a balance between technical, functional, and project management skills. Qualifications Hyperion Skill Qualifications Oracle/Hyperion products: Management Architect (EPMA) or Classic Administration Hyperion Essbase (BSO & ASO) Data Integration Management (DIM), Data Relationship Management (DRM) Web-Analysis Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement concepts and key calculations processes including Budgeting, Forecasting, Operational and Financial Reporting Performance Management lifecycle management demonstrate the following skills as appropriate for their level of experience: * Ability to communicate effectively with CFO/CTO/Controllers; demonstrates leadership and confidence in client-facing communications and concise business requirement document with minimal revisions * Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite of products, including Visio and Project * Project Management experience, or experience supporting a project manager with PM tasks Information Systems/Computer Science or similar discipline telecommuting model and most consultants average less than 33% travel over the course of a year |
